There are many reasons for volunteering at A SAFE PLACE, as many as there are volunteers who come here. Each volunteer is unique in their motivation for helping and you each will help A SAFE PLACE thrive in your own way as your bring your special talents to bear on this incredible experience.

Volunteers provide direct and indirect services. Direct services include working with clients through one of A SAFE PLACE's programs (i.e. Emergency Shelter, Counseling Center, Teen Program, etc.) Indirect Services includes working in the Community Education and Outreach (i.e. public speaking, fundraising, administrative support).
